Payments

Payments can be made by either debit or credit card via our secure online system. If you wish to pay by cheque, please select this option at the check-out where you'll find the information on how to proceed. Please make cheques payable to Essential Sports Products and send to Essential Sports Products, Suite A, Basilica House, 334 Southend Road, Wickford, Essex SS11 8QS

We also accept electronic payments direct to our bank account. Please contact us for details.

Goods

Goods remain the property of Essential Sports Products until paid for in full. Any shortages must be notified within 5 days of receipt. When ordering, you are entering a legally binding contract and UK law is the applicable law.

Returns - No quibbles guarantee

We understand that purchasing over the internet isn't always easy. So for your peace of mind we will exchange or give you a refund (excluding carriage) on any products you order through us. All we ask is that you notify us within 7 working days of delivery of your order and that you return the goods in an unused condition within 10 working days of delivery along with the original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying the return postage.

Returns - Defective Goods

In the event that you receive faulty or defective goods, please notify us within 3 working days of delivery. We will then arrange and pay for collection and either replace or refund your order. All defective goods will be inspected prior to replacement or credit.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other relevant law).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes your delivery and billing details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by logging into the site, or by emailing us. If you notify us of any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We share our customer database with our payment service, our telephone ordering company and our despatch company as appropriate to conduct our business. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
