Terms and Conditions
All orders and transactions between Essential Sports Products (ESP) and the customer are accepted on these conditions of sale only. It is the responsibility of the customer to read such conditions before entering upon a transaction.
All products offered are subject to availability. All prices quoted on ESPís website are in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT(where applicable). Prices are subject to change until the order is confirmed as successful.
Payments can be made by either debit or credit card via our secure online system. If you wish to pay by cheque, please select this option at the check-out where you'll find the information on how to proceed. Please make cheques payable to Essential Sports Products and send to Essential Sports Products, 13 Athelstan Gardens, Wickford, Essex SS11 7EE.
We also accept electronic payments direct to our bank account. Please contact us for details.
Goods remain the property of Essential Sports Products until paid for in full. Any shortages must be notified within 5 days of receipt. When ordering, you are entering a legally binding contract and UK law is the applicable law.
Changes to orders
ESP start processing orders immediately therefore submitted orders are considered final. We shall endeavor to make amendments to orders. However if this request is received after the product has been printed ESP shall not be liable for the cost of a reprint.
ESP cannot accept responsibility for customer input, design or spelling mistakes on orders. Please ensure you check your spelling/design before you submit your order.
ESP does not accept responsibility for the quality of images sent to us, 'the higher the quality of image the better the print'. Licensed or copyright images, logos or trademarks must not be submitted to ESP by the customer for reprint without the consent of the owner. ESP shall not be liable for any claim or expense arising out of any illegal or libelous matter printed for the customer or any infringement of copyright or patent or similar right resulting from compliance of the customers instructions either expressed or implied. Any legal costs incurred in such matter shall be borne by the customer.
Returns - No quibbles guarantee
We understand that purchasing over the internet isn't always easy. So for your peace of mind we will exchange or give you a refund (excluding carriage) on any non personalised products you order through us. However items that have been personalised are excluded from our No Quibbles Guarantee return policy. All we ask is that you notify us within 7 working days of delivery of your order (firstname.lastname@example.org) and that you return the goods in an unused new condition within 10 working days of delivery along with the original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying the return postage.
Returns - Defective Goods
In the event that you receive faulty or defective goods, please notify us within 3 working days of delivery (email@example.com). We ask that you arrange the return of the faulty item, upon inspection, if the goods are proved to be faulty we either replace or refund your goods including additional postage if applicable.
ESP will not be held responsible for the failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising if the delay or failure was due to any reason beyond ESP reasonable control.
These terms and conditions will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other relevant law).
